Here's a little bit about me:
​
I became passionate about natural therapies after my own personal battle with chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety. When I was introduced to different therapies including Reiki it completely changed my life. In fact, it had such a positive impact on me that I decided to learn about these natural therapies and help others who experience many mental issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and fatigue.

In 2022 I became a Reiki Master and in 2022/23 I won the presitgious 'Reiki Practitioner of the year' for Yorkshire.
​
I also have options to learn Reiki in person (Leeds based) and join my Reiki shares group community. This is a place to connect with fellow practitioners to build confidence and enhance our Reiki practice with support.
